1. How long after I place my
order will it be delivered?
All orders placed on the
internet site and through our mail catalog are shipped within 2-3 business days
of being received. They should reach their destination approximately 1 - 2 weeks
from their ship date.
2. How do you ship your
orders?
All orders are shipped via
U.S. Postal Mail. We send all of our packages right from our warehouse to you.
3. Do you ship outside the
United States?
Unfortunately we do not
ship outside of the United States at this time. With custom laws and
federal regulations it is not feasible at this time for us to ship orders
outside of the U.S. at this time. Our products however, are sold across the
world. You can inquiry about your country by emailing our customer service

4. My order arrived, but
there it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
We are more than willing
to replace any products that were damaged in transit. To have your products
replaced simply, just return the damaged package along with a copy of your
invoice. You can mail it to our customer service department at;

5. How can I track my order
after I place it?
Since we send your order
through the US Post Office we do not have tracking numbers on our packages.
However, we can tell you the exact date of shipping and it would give you a
general idea of when it should arrive.
6. Can you tell me where in
my local area I can find your products?
Although we sell
throughout the United States, there is no way we can guarantee you that you will
find our products in any particular chain or store. We currently are not
carried by a chain and a current list of our distributors is not available. The most we can tell you is to check with your
local beauty supply store. If your favorite pharmacy or beauty supply retailer
doesn't carry our line maybe you can let them know how much you like it and
direct them to us!
7. If I don't have a credit
card how can I still purchase your products?
Currently,
our site does not accept checks online, we do however have a mail order
department. You can request a catalog by emailing us at
customersupport@cosmeticsolutions.com or calling our customer service
department at (845) 398-3340 between the hours of
9am and
5pm EST. Our catalog has the same
products that you see online and accept checks and money orders.
8. Do you have sales or
specials?
We do have specials that
we offer to our members. To be eligible for these great deals sign up and become
a member to the site. We will periodically email our members any new deal and
special that become available. As a member you also will find out about
new products before they are posted to the site.
9. On the checkout there is a
box that says to enter promotion code, can you explain what it is referring to?
On occasion you will see
some products will have promotion codes for deals or packages. In order to
receive these great offers when you see them you must enter the promotion code
as you see it written.
